Leah is a massage therapist licensed since 1998. After years of working with the body and observing the mind, emotions and stories around pain and tension she began to explore somatic modalities. She more recently received training by Dr. Sarah Jane in Spinal Energetics. A gentle and compassionate modality crafted to release stress, trauma and the ancient narratives stored within your body, fostering a profound connection between your being and the essence of your soul. This form of energetic work taps into the nervous system and energy field to create a harmonious balance that supports your well being and personal growth.
Spinal Energetics is a safe and extraordinarily tender yet remarkably potent form of energetic work. Leah intuitively incorporates Somatic Massage, guided breath and healing prayer within these sessions, which only allows the body a further connection and awareness of tension patterns.
