Just a reminder that there are no regulary scheduled classes next week as I will be away. If you would like the half hour mat or full hour Reformer recording for the week, please text me. I am creating them now to let you contnue our work while out of the studio. NO equipment needed for the mat class!

Do you ever wish you could own your own Reformer so you can work remotely with me from the comfort of your own home?? This is a wonderful opportunity for avery gently used unit and includes a jump plate as well!
