Somewhere along the way, most of us picked up a private timeline. By this age, a career. By that age, a home. By another, everything settled.

Then life did what life does. It did not follow the schedule.

People change careers in their late forties. They fall in love at fifty-two, move across the country at sixty-two, and take up painting at sixty-five. None of it is unusual. It only looks unusual if you measured it against a schedule nobody actually agreed to.

The list on this image is not meant to be a promise. It is a reminder that a life is not a race with a finish line drawn at a certain age.

If you have been telling yourself you missed your window, it may be worth asking whose window it was. Many people find that the plans they make after fifty are clearer and kinder than the ones they made at thirty, because by then they know what they actually want.

You do not need a grand reinvention. Most of the time, starting again looks small. A class. A phone call. A first page.

Write down one thing you have told yourself is too late.
Take the smallest possible step toward it this week.
Let it be imperfect.

You are not behind. You are simply somewhere new, with more to work with than you had before.

With cooler temperatures upon us, it's the perfect time to warm up with some applied heat therapy during your massage. Book your next massage today! Healing My Human Therapeutic Massage - Yelm WA
