I realized there are probably a lot of you on here who know Glam, but maybe don’t really know the girl behind it…so hi, I’m Becky!

Glam has been such a huge part of my life for the last 10 YEARS, which honestly feels crazy to even say. I’ve grown right alongside this business through so many different seasons of life, and what started as a dream has turned into a salon, boutique, coffee shop, and an incredible team that I am so proud of.

But behind everything you see at Glam, my day-to-day probably looks a little different than you’d think! Tuesday–Friday I take anywhere from 10–15 clients a day, while also being glued to my phone answering messages, helping clients, fixing schedules and making sure appointments run smoothly for our entire salon.

In between, I’m doing payroll, ordering clothes and salon inventory, prepping new arrivals, setting displays, keeping everything stocked and organized, putting out fires and occasionally jumping behind reception on Saturdays when I’m needed.

Then I go home and the second shift begins! Dinner, groceries, laundry, cleaning, kids, sports, keeping the house together… and wondering what I forgot to do that day😂

Some days I feel like I’m absolutely killing it. Other days, I’m just trying to make it through the week. And I’m learning that both can be true.

But there is absolutely NO way I could do any of this alone. I couldn’t do it without our amazing clients who have supported Glam year after year, the awesome women who work alongside me, and my amazing family who helps keep everything together when I’m being pulled in 100 directions🖤

10 years later and I’m still here — working hard, dreaming bigger, drinking way too much caffeine, and feeling incredibly grateful. From the bottom of my heart, thank you so much for continuing to support me, my team, and this little dream of mine. Thank you for choosing Glam, year after year. It truly means more to me than you know🥹🫶🏼

✨ Front Desk Receptionist / Assistant
We’re looking for someone friendly, outgoing, organized and dependable who loves working with people! This position includes scheduling, phones, client check-in/out, cleaning & organizing, restocking, retail displays, making drinks and helping with social media. Retail/customer service experience is a plus!

✂️ Licensed Cosmetologist
Looking for a talented, motivated stylist who loves the beauty industry and is ready to grow their clientele in a fun, busy salon environment.

🤍 Licensed Esthetician
We’re especially looking for someone who specializes in waxing + lash extensions and is confident, personable and excited to build their books!

These are part-time positions with room to grow for the right people. We want team members who are reliable, motivated, positive and genuinely excited to be part of Glam! ✨
