Follow @healthyu_dietitian for this higher protein Pistachio ‘Gelato’🍨 4-ingredients later, and the rest is magic 🪄 trust me, add these ingredients to your next grocery list 🙌 Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups Greek yogurt (I used plain yogurt, but you can also use vanilla for extra sweetness) 3/4 cup pistachios, roasted and unsalted / lightly salted (save some for topping, crushed) 1-2 tbsp honey Juice from 1/2 lime Blend and store overnight! Let it thaw for 5-10 minutes before serving!
