Growing up, being an Esthetician was never on my radar. In 2019 in my early 20s I began working at as a front office coordinator. I mean what girl wouldn’t say no to an opportunity working in aesthetics in Orange County?! 🍊👀

I loved all things skincare and injectables and learned so much by being surrounded by the providers in our office with their education and skill set. A HUGE shoutout to my boss baddie and Owner of You Aesthetics who ALWAYS pushed me to further my education and trusted in me enough to be an Esthetician and how I could succeed in this industry. 🫶🙌

Backstory:
I struggled and still struggle at times with hormonal acne and breakouts that began in high school. It was a huge insecurity of mine at that stage of my life (even though it’s so common at this age). I had been to many, many trips to the Dermatologist trying all sorts of creams, Retinols, and almost getting on accutane. For me nothing was really working and I pretty much gave up hope and just tried my best to find products that somewhat helped my skin temporarily. Until… I started working in a med spa where I was surrounded by such a different approach with facials, chemical peels, medical grade skincare, and of course guided by our amazing Esthetcians. I have since been able to help manage my own personal skin goals improving my acne scaring and texture from previous damage and maintaining my skin overall. I found something that worked and now I can extend that hand to help others. ✨

I got my Esthetician license now 4 years ago and that was such an accomplishment for me and to be able to start a dream career I had always dreamed of and can’t imagine doing anything else. I appreciate and thank all the people I’ve been able to treat on my bed and truly make peoples skin dreams come true and help them achieve their goals they set🫶✨
