We’re always learning, because when it comes to hair, there’s never just one solution.

Amber is currently learning more about mesh hair installations, an extension and hair-enhancement technique designed to provide added coverage, volume, and support for guests experiencing thinning or hair loss.

So what exactly is a mesh installation?

A lightweight mesh foundation is carefully placed against the scalp and natural hair, creating a secure base where additional hair can be attached. The result is a natural looking way to add density and coverage while still allowing the guest to style and care for their hair.

Why is this important?

Because hair loss and thinning look different for everyone. Traditional extensions aren’t always the right option, especially when someone has finer, fragile, or limited natural hair to work with. Learning specialized installation techniques gives us more tools, more options, and a better understanding of how to work with different hair needs.

For Amber, this class is another step toward expanding her education so she can better understand who may benefit from this type of service and how to approach it properly.

We’re big believers that education doesn’t stop once you get your license and we’re pretty damn excited to keep learning.
