Announcement from Coco Nails Care about Gift Cards Issued by Top Coat Nails

Dear Valued Customers,

We have lately been experiencing an unfortunate and pressing problem regarding the gift cards that were issued by Top Coat Nails.

Recently, we have encountered discrepancies between the gift cards that the clients brought in and the official registry/records provided to us by JJ and Kody. Specifically, several presented cards do not match the recorded amounts, or show as already redeemed.

Please be advised that this situation is entirely beyond our control, as it stems from transactions and arrangements made between the previous owners and clients prior to our management.

Currently, our management team is actively trying to reach out to JJ and Kody for clarification and resolution, but we have yet to receive a response.

Important Notice:

Until this matter is fully resolved, Coco Nails Care cannot accept any gift cards that appear as "used or redeemed" in the system or do not match the amount on the official verification records that we got from JJ and Kody.

We strongly encourage all clients holding these gift cards to verify their card numbers and balances against the documentation provided in this post before visiting the salon, to avoid any future inconvenience at checkout.

For the gift cards that are still available on the record, you are welcome to come and use them.

We deeply regret any frustration this causes and appreciate your understanding as we navigate this challenging situation inherited from the previous owners. We know that this is not the clients' fault, but it is not Coco Nails Care’s responsibility either. We can only do what the paperwork shows.

Our very first week has flown by, filled with a whole mix of emotions.

We’ve met wonderful clients excited to try something new, and others who are still fondly comparing us to the previous owners cause missing the proper goodbye they never got from them or some even compared every single step and technique… but regardless of it all, we are here now, and we look forward to walking this journey with you for many years to come! 🥰

We are just a cozy little nail salon in town. If the previous owners were a family business, we are simply another small family business too — a mother and daughters just trying to build our career together in a foreign land.

There might be minor imperfections along the way because nothing is perfect, but thanks so much to everyone who has been kind and patient with us.
