☀️ Summer fun means it's also a great time for scalp checks! 🌿
With summer camps, sleepovers, vacations, and back to school right around the corner, head lice can become more common due to increased head to head contact!!!!
Taking a few minutes each week to check your child's scalp can help catch any issues early and prevent them from spreading.
✨ What to look for:
• Frequent scratching or an itchy scalp
• Tiny white or tan nits (eggs) attached close to the hair shaft
• Small lice moving near the scalp
A quick scalp check under bright lighting using a fine tooth comb is an easy way to help keep your child healthy and ready for all of their summer and school adventures.
Remember head lice can happen to anyone and are not a sign of poor hygiene. Early detection is the key!

Here's a brief description on what it is:
Hair Play focuses on deep relaxation through gentle scalp massage, light hair brushing with different brushes, soothing scalp scratching, calming touch, aromatherapy, and other sensory techniques designed to help reduce stress and promote relaxation. It's similar to a head spa experience but places even more focused on the calming sensation of having your hair and scalp gently cared for, played with! No washing etc.
