-Ladies!
-The weather is getting HOT and that can make us uncomfortable but especially if we are going through perimenopause and menopause.
-A quick and handy cool down:
-Get a small spray bottle and fill almost full with water, add 3 drops of Peppermint essential oil and shake.
-Keep the bottle in the fridge and when a heat wave hits, spritz your arms/legs/torso (do not spray your neck or face).
***Remember to always do a patch test first to make sure you are not sensitive to an essential oil***
