✨ Color Maintenance Tips:
• Wash with cold water and sulfate-free shampoo
• Avoid heat styling or use a heat protectant spray
• Limit washing to 1–2x per week to help prevent fading
• Always protect your hair from the sun to preserve vibrancy

This client came in with black box dye and wanted highlights, so we made it happen ✨ This was a team effort. We started with 10 vol for an even lift, then went back in with 30 vol on the resistant spots.

Box dye removal isn’t simple:
• Box dye builds up in layers, making lift uneven
• The pigments are larger and more stubborn than professional color
• It often takes multiple sessions to lighten safely

Healthy hair tips during color correction:
• Deep condition regularly between sessions
• Use a bond-building treatment to strengthen hair (like Olaplex or K18)
• Avoid heat styling as much as possible while lightening

I used Beetles and OPI gel polish, and made all the little charms by hand using acrylic powder mixed with gel. This is only my second time doing 3D art and I’m kinda obsessed with how they turned out.

Soft brightness for summer ✨ We did a partial highlight using Matrix Light Master and 20 volume, then toned with Matrix 10NGA for a natural, seamless blend with just the right hint of warmth
