🪵 Thinking about removing that stump yourself? A few shortcuts can quickly turn into costly mistakes.

Here are the top three problems homeowners often run into:

1️⃣ Digging without checking for underground utilities
Roots may be growing near gas, water, electrical, or communication lines.

2️⃣ Using the wrong tools or unsafe techniques
Chainsaws, chains, vehicles, and rented equipment can cause serious injuries or property damage when used incorrectly.

3️⃣ Removing only the visible portion
Leaving the root system or stump too close to the surface can create regrowth, pests, sinkholes, and future landscaping problems.

Why spend your weekend fighting a stubborn stump—and risk making the problem worse?

Let the experienced local team at Walt’s Tree & Stump Removal handle it safely and efficiently.
