Hello Viva customers!
Thank you for being patient during this quarantine and our temporary closing. We’re happy to say that we plan to reopen May 15th! Although there will be changes in how our business operates due to VA’s COVID protocol for nonessential businesses that we’d like to make you aware of to keep everyone healthy and safe💅🏽

•The salon will operate by an appointment only system! Contact us on our page or at 7578981234 (IG, Facebook)

Make sure to include the following information:
-Name
-Date and Time of Appt
-Phone Number
-What services you'd like to get done
-Technician request/ special requests
-Feel free to ask questions!

•All customers must wear face masks during the entire appointment, no mask= no service. We will be selling face masks with filters in-store as well.
•Practice social distancing! Clients will be spaced out with a limited number of clients in the store at one time.
•Prior to service each client and employee must wash their hands and sanitize throughout the appt
•Pedicure bowls will have plastic coverings, switched out after each client
•All tools and equipment will be sanitized after every client as we’ve been doing
•Employees will wear screen masks and resanitize after each client
•Unfortunately you may not have anyone accompany you/ guest. Everyone must also be getting serviced and have an appointment
•Limited waiting area
•Refrain from coming into the spa and reschedule if you experience COVID19 symptoms or have been exposed to someone with COVID19 symptoms
