Looking back at my weekend training I realized how much it took to get there. Sometimes in life we get thrown curve ball’s that an impossible to avoid.
So we take the hit… but then we get back up dust off our clothes and we take the next step. ( My case wheelchair)
Having a great support team made me realize how Blessed🙏🏼 and Lucky I really am.

Big shout out to Kyle Goff who drove me there and back all 3 days, putting in over 500 miles and 16 hours of driving in. Not to mention listening to my experience and excitement the whole way there and back!!

Today, I’m starting the next chapter of my Lymphatic Training. Stay tuned I will be sharing more details along the way.
