The last few weeks have looked a little different for me.

Many of you have noticed I’ve been away from the salon since mid-July, and I wanted to share why. My sweet boy, Lou, has been through a major surgery followed by unexpected complications, including multiple hospital stays. He’s needed around-the-clock care, and right now, my place is by his side while he continues to recover.

As a business owner, stepping away for this long hasn’t been easy. Brittany’s Beauty Bar is my heart, and I miss being behind the chair more than you know. But family comes first—and for us, Lou is family.

I can’t thank our amazing BBB team enough for keeping the salon running so beautifully while I’ve been away. They’ve taken such great care of our clients, and I’m incredibly proud of each of them.

To all of our wonderful clients, thank you for your patience, understanding, kind messages, and prayers. They have meant more to me than I can put into words during one of the hardest seasons of my life.

Lou is making progress one day at a time, and I’m hopeful that I’ll be back in the salon soon. Until then, thank you for supporting not only my business, but also the people behind it.

The wait is officially over! Our 8-10 Baseball All-Star Team takes the field for their very first game of the State Tournament TODAY! 🏆 These boys have put in countless hours of practice, sweat, and hustle, and they are ready to show the state what our community is made of.
