As promised we are uploading all evidence showing that Danie made two purchases in one day. Her receipts are also included showing her purchases in the videos. Danie claimed she was charged twice but she made two purchases in one day. Danie would not listen to our explanation, demanded her money back and was outrageously rude to our employees causing a disturbance in our store. We hope that Danie will seek rehabilitation and make better life choices. She also should find better friends since they are shoplifters which can be seen during the first video. Danie's information has been forwarded to the Boardman Police Department Case and is not allowed in our store. Happy Friday Everyone!

We would like to apologize to our customers for a disturbance that happened this afternoon. About a week ago a customer came with a friend and they were both obliviously impaired. The customer yelling in the store had difficulty paying for a purchase but in the end used a different card to complete her purchase. After completing their purchase her friend was caught shoplifting and they left the store. The merchandise was returned and we did not press charges. About an hour later the customer came alone and purchased jewelry. The total for the purchase was for a different amount. We have the receipts and video to prove this and we were happy to share this information with the customer today but as we were speaking to her she became irate and disrespectful to our employees for no reason and we asked her to leave. She would not listen to anything we had to say. The customer was so impaired she did not remember making a second purchase a week ago and wanted her money back because her bank statement showed a second transaction. This customer is no longer allowed in our store and we again apologize.
