Barber Shop Formerly Known As Platinum Cuts". Platinum Cuts was established in 1999. It started with an elite crew of 4 Barber Stylists with one mission in mind. To be the best barber shop in the Youngstown area. Barbershop has grown over the years and is now in a prime location at 1546 Belmont Avenue in Youngstown, Ohio. The scope of the Barber Shop has expanded from hair alone to skin and body care. One thing has not changed and that is our commitment to providing total customer service to all our clients. Manuel DuBose (Owner & Operator) along with five (5) of the best barbers in the Youngstown area are in the process of taking Legends Barbershop to the next.
