✨ Exfoliate 24 hours before your appointment
✨ Avoid caffeine right before if you’re sensitive
✨ Drink lots of water, hydration is important
✨ Wear loose, comfy clothing after your wax
✨ Consistency is key — every 4-6 weeks is ideal
