Mosaic Essence

Today, an old man twice my age told me something that made me snap out of the mundane. With declaration in his voice, he shared, “I want to tell you something. God sent you to me, I mean it. He showed me.”

I paused in awe by the his display of vulnerability which proceeded far beyond the present circumstances. As if time stopped so that we could simply acknowledge one another’s presence in that moment. The type of pause the brings you back to peaceful regulation and purpose.

He continued, “Your heart, and the way you feel people will take you very far.” I never shared with him the level of empathy I walk with. Nor do I seek to. But his words made me feel, in which only a few times in my life, truly understood. Because it came from a level of recognition that cannot be named by words, and can only be felt and caught by the eye of a beholder. In solidarity of Gods grace my friend, Thank you.

A moment worth sharing for memory sake.

moving with insight while still understanding everything is malleable is true mastery of acceptance.

Where are you willing to grow…

The things you are willing to look at with a subjective lens are the things you will be tested with most.

Spoken or not, energy knows. It is intelligence.

Energy will test you until you submit yourself to what your energetic alignment requires at the stage of life you are in.

It’s in our nature to seek the truth.

Today's message ☀️
Wholeness moving through structure 🧡 nothing is ever by mistake, even if it's repeated...

Dear Winter ❄️,

Thank you for showing me where strength is found. In your bare trunks, you reveal the branches and the networks of focus once hidden by excess.

Thank you for showing me where I left things untended, where care was needed and attention was delayed.

Thank you for the quiet whispers, where softer voices carry the most meaning.

Thank you for preserving the knowledge stored in the roots, wisdom held beneath the surface and carried through your winds.

Thank you for the chill that reminds me of the dance of my breath, carrying my voice upward toward God, the ancestors, and those who listen beyond what is seen.🌬️🩵

The title reflects the book.

“Don’t let the mind set the stage for your life, because it will always become a limitation.”

The mind is conditioned to use logic and predictability to determine what is possible. That space is small in comprison to the vastness of ones soul.

While growth, creation and love requires a degree of fluidity for expansion.

Ultimately, use the mind as a servant, not a director.
