I may have low vision but I’ll still git er done (for now 🙏). Dad duties 😂 My daughter is 19 and someone smacked her mirror off OFF! Back to the sun ☀️ with the lords light!!!!

Good morning and happy Monday. Check this out!
I was scrolling through a menu online yesterday and got so excited because I thought I discovered a trendy new "bagel burger." I saw that dark circle right in the center of the bun and thought, “Oh cool, a burger on a bagel!”
Nope. I zoomed in... it was just a regular cheeseburger with a pickle on top.
When you live with wet macular degeneration, photophobia, and or low vision, browsing a screen turns into a whole guessing game. Your eyes love to play tricks on you and completely rewrite the menu! It can be so exhausting, and honestly, only those who live it truly understand the mental gymnastics of just trying to read a digital screen.
But sometimes, you just have to laugh at the illusions. To my low vision warriors out there: What’s the funniest thing your eyes have misidentified while browsing online lately? Let me know in the comments! 🤣 🤣 🤣
