We made it through winter, the sun’s back, and so are we!
Now we're more visible than ever. But so is everything that grew all winter quietly.

And I’m gonna say it with love… some of y’all got nose hairs out here enjoying spring a little too much 👀

You get a fresh cut, everything’s clean, the line-up is right, and then one little hair decides to introduce itself and steal the whole moment.

That’s exactly why we added nose and ear waxing. It’s quick, it’s clean, and it keeps the small details from taking attention away from a good haircut.

Men's Mental Health

Spring is a chance to start fresh, but we can carry winter’s weight into it.

A lot of times, our mental health ends up at the bottom of the list. Work needs us, family needs us, life keeps moving, and somewhere in there… we get pushed to the side.

Here's something I've found that helps me feel more grounded and calm—

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, set a timer and step away for five minutes right now. No phone, no noise, no problem-solving. Just sit, breathe, and check in with yourself. Most of us stay busy so we don’t have to think, then wonder why everything feels heavy out of nowhere.

A brief pause like that can calm your system, clear your head, and help you mindfully respond rather than react.

So, as you care for your haircut, take these five minutes for your mind—make it a habit this spring.

Here's a little something about my dad...

If you’ve ever known Alex, you already know he has a great sense of humor and a big personality. But did you know he has an even bigger mouth?

No, literally, the inside of his mouth is absolutely humungous. His mouth is so big that he still has his wisdom teeth! The dentist told him he’s the oldest patient they’ve seen with a full set of 32. And there's still room for more! His teeth are legendary.

If you're reading this, you already know that my dad's big mouth is how he connects, shows up, and takes care of people in the best way.

This spirit has truly been the heart of Fuller Cut for a long, long time.
