Fun fact ✨ I first learned intraoral TMJ massage in massage school 14 years ago, and later got a ton of hands on experience working at a dental spa in Sacramento, where TMJ-focused intraoral massage was something I did regularly.
This technique works inside the mouth to access muscles that can contribute to jaw tension, clenching, and TMJ discomfort. It may look a little wild, but it can feel SO good for the right client 😂🤍
