Hair Expressions Studios is looking for a dependable, professional, and motivated Full-Time or Part-Time Receptionist to join our team!

Schedule:
Tuesday–Friday | 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
Some Saturdays | 9:00 AM–2:00 PM

We are looking for someone who can confidently manage the front desk, provide excellent customer service, and help keep a busy salon running smoothly.

The ideal candidate will:
• Present themselves professionally and dress appropriately for a salon environment
• Be comfortable using computers and learning scheduling/business software
• Have excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Understand proper salon etiquette and preferably have knowledge of common salon services
• Be honest, trustworthy, dependable, and punctual
• Take initiative and complete daily responsibilities without needing constant direction
• Have strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
• Be organized and able to multitask in a busy environment
• Be comfortable interacting professionally with clients and stylists
• Be willing to take charge, lead when necessary, and help maintain an organized and professional atmosphere
• Have a positive attitude and be willing to work as part of a team

This position is best suited for someone who is self-motivated, responsible, confident, and comfortable taking ownership of the front desk. We are looking for someone who sees what needs to be done and takes initiative to get it done.

✨ Salon/reception experience is preferred.
