I just returned from the AMTA Massage Therapy Conference in Denver, and I’m so excited to bring everything I learned back into the treatment room! What a treat it was to be surrounded by some of the top leading professionals in our career and just absorb everything they had to offer.

Continuing education is one of my favorite parts of this profession. There is always more to learn, explore, and understand about the body! It's one of the most amazing creations.

I’m very excited to dive deeper into nerve compression and fascial therapy and how these approaches can help us better address pain, tension, and movement restrictions on a long term level.

August Availability Update 💚

August is a bit away but just as July, between back-to-school activities, family birthdays, and attending an exciting massage therapy convention, my calendar will fill up quickly!

I'm especially looking forward to the convention, where I'll be continuing my education and learning from some incredible professionals in our field. This year, I'll be taking a deeper dive into topics like:

✨ Nerve compression and entrapment conditions
✨ Sciatica and related pain patterns
✨ Thoracic Outlet Syndrome
✨ Neuropathy and nerve-related symptoms
✨ Fascia and its role in pain and movement
✨ Chronic pain and chronic health conditions

One of the things I love most about this profession is that there is always more to learn. Every course, every conference, and every conversation with other therapists helps me better serve my clients.

Because of that, my appointment availability for July will be more limited than usual.
