Close ups of a fresh lami are so satisfying 🤭 swipe for before! ALSO one thing I wanted to talk about on this post is tinting following a brow lamination - particularly hybrid tinting. The process of lamination involves a solution being applied to open up the hair follicles. This is what allows the hairs to be manipulated into a new direction. So with that being said, this causes brow tint to take to the hairs very very quickly and dark. With just regular brow tint, we can just take it off quite a bit earlier than the normal processing time to achieve the desired color. But in order to get the benefit of the skin stain with hybrids, they have to be left on pretty close to the normal processing time. Which will likely result in a darker color than anticipated.. BUT after 3-ish days, the color is absolutely perfect. So there is a trade-off! You’ll probably have to deal with darker brows for a couple of days in order to get a good skin stain and have it last longer on your hairs than a traditional tint. If you ask me, it’s totally worth it!
