I swear I thought being on my feet all day meant I was basically working out 😬😅
Turns out… standing ≠ steps.
Between clients, mixing color, and running on coffee…
10k steps as a hairstylist hits different.
Anyone else think they move more than they actually do? 😅
I have made so many mistakes in life, as a hairstylist, a wife, a mom, but each failure has only made me better in each area that I choose to see it in a specific way. Hear me out…👇🏼
My advice is to not see a failure in any part of your life as stopping point but rather as insight into what you need to do to go to the next level.
Failure never feels good.

Lived in Blonde & a new haircut.
The layers added and the way I removed excess weight in the hair makes it so much easier for styling.
I’ve had people come to me with too much weight removed which is not fun to grow out and makes styling so much harder. It’s important when removing weight that it’s done with intention and someone who has proper training.
