Just wanted to let everyone know that I will be away on vacation may 18th-23rd!

I will respond to any missed messages/calls when I get back! If you would like to make an appointment while I’m away you can call The Ruby Salon or use my online booking. 💕

📌New cancellation policy

To continue providing the best experience possible and to protect the time reserved for each client, I will be enforcing a cancellation policy moving forward. 🤍

Please note:
• Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice will result in a cancellation fee
• The cancellation fee will be $30 or 50% of the scheduled service total — whichever is less
• No-shows will also be charged accordingly

When you book an appointment, that time is reserved especially for you. Last-minute cancellations make it difficult to fill those spots and directly impact my small business.
