I am on crutches because of my injury, but I was cleared for seated massage!
As of right now, I can only massage neck/shoulders/arms/feet. Physical therapy starts next week, so I’m hoping to make some progress and get back to regular massages soon!

Hello friends,
I have somehow managed to pull my groin!
I am in a lot of pain and can barely walk, but I’ve already seen my doctor for some help.
However, I will be cancelling sessions for today and probably tomorrow. So, if you’re scheduled with me, and I cancel, rest assured I will do my best to still see you within the month!
As of right now, I will be resting and taking it easy.

If you’re coming to our restorative massage class tonight, wear your comfiest clothes. We will have the room warm and be using all the props. I have a calming sounds playlist all set and Katie will be working the room with the best massage techniques.
Our goal is complete relaxation and rest.
