24 years..... how can it be true? 24 years of loving this salon I also call HOME! I have been asked how I knew I wanted to be a salon owner and the answer was always, I didn't. However, I found myself in a situation where I just couldn't find "my place". I needed to be in a salon with a team enviroment where everyones sucess was as important as mine. Where every client that walked through the door felt welcome and just as valuable as the staff. I needed love for education that everyone could afford and not holding an assistant to training any longer than they needed it. I wanted laughter and fun because we spend way too many hours behind the chair to be professional ALL the time. I wanted a space where relaxation was an option but always feeling beautiful when you left was not negotiable. I wanted family and children to be welcome while keeping our salon enviroment respected. I couldn't find it. So I created it......

24 years ago, a small
Business loan,
A husband and Dad willing to put in the work to make it all happen! And then AGAIN 5 years later with the expansion. Lol

I had no idea it would take me this far. This far into life, this far with a staff who has been there past, present and furure. The hours of training, growing, planning and always worrying about the next step. And then the switch. The one where I learned to trust God with all of it. I learned to allow Him to lead me and trust that no flood,
Pandemic or economic situation was bigger than HIM.

Peace, love and thankfulness is what I feel today. For my staff, our clients and the salon we CAN call home. I Pray you all feel the vision with each visit. It's been an honor to be entrusted with this journey. HAPPY BIRTHDAY SOL!
