Carter Does Nails

I don’t do this and I know many of you know already as well.

Carter does not like to impose rules, I try to keep things easy going between us, missing multiple appointments in a row, I forgive, late? Sure not a problem.

People have been abusing this and cancelling the day of 1 hour before their appointments or just don’t even show up at all after being reminded prior to their appointment.

If you are being reasonable, I will be reasonable with you.

I am not setting a hard rule about it such as a 24 hour notice. I will no longer be booking for anyone who has violated my personal time over and over again.
