Doing a little "get to know the product" the super strong liquid treatment can be used on fine, easily damaged, or normal hair. You can use this product daily! The full circle leave in treatment is meant for wavy, curly, thicker hair. It's going to tame the frizz and leave it feeling fabulous! I'd recommend this 2-3 times a month depending on your hair.
