Hair Studio 2000

Dear Valued Clients,

It is with a mix of joy and a heavy heart that I announce my retirement. It has been more than 41 years of styling, connecting, and sharing life’s moments with you. This was not an easy decision, but it is the right one.

Many of you will remember when Hair Studio 2000 opened its doors at 3009 Orange Grove Shopping Center 35 years ago in 1991. I was 28 years old, and my little Sofia was almost 3 years old. We were there for ten (10) amazing years.

In 2001, Hair Studio 2000 relocated to the town of Christiansted on King Cross Street. It was a smaller, but quite chic space. I enjoyed being there for 24 years. I was ready to retire after 24 years at the King Cross Street location, but my loyal customers were not ready for my retirement. So, in 2025, we temporarily relocated to 41AB Queen Cross Street, which was by far our most beautiful location. It truly saddens me to say goodbye.

Hair Studio 2000 will officially close its doors on Saturday, June 27, 2026.

Reflecting on this journey fills me with immense gratitude. Thank you for trusting me with your hair, for your unwavering support, and for making our salon a second home. I have cherished every conversation, hair transformation, and even the occasional dance over the years. I will truly miss you all.
