STATEMENT FROM TRANG MI LASHES & BROWS
Trang Mi has always respected our clients and every honest review, whether positive or negative.
We understand that in the service industry, it is not always possible to satisfy 100% of clients. If there is ever an issue, Trang Mi is always willing to listen, inspect the result, and offer an appropriate solution.
However, we would like to make one thing very clear:
Please do not use “I’m not satisfied” as a reason to refuse payment for a service that has already been provided.
Every client has the right to feel dissatisfied. You have every right to give feedback, raise your concerns, or ask us to inspect and address the issue.
But being “dissatisfied” does not mean that a service you have already received automatically becomes free of charge.
Recently, we have encountered situations where, after a service had already been provided, clients refused to pay or demanded a full refund on the grounds that they were unhappy, and then used negative reviews as a means of pressure when the salon did not agree to their demands.
More regrettably, some of the information posted does not accurately or fully reflect what actually happened.
Trang Mi has often chosen to remain silent and handle these situations calmly because we have always prioritized our clients’ experience.
But our silence does not mean that we accept false or inaccurate information as true.
Trang Mi’s position is very clear:
If we make a mistake — we will take responsibility and make it right.
If a client is unhappy — we are willing to listen, inspect the situation, and offer a reasonable solution.
But please do not use “I’m not satisfied” as a reason to refuse payment, demand a free service, or use negative reviews to pressure our salon.
We keep appointment details, consultation records, conversations, and before-and-after photos so that the facts can be reviewed when necessary.
Posting a review online does not automatically make inaccurate information true.
Trang Mi will not issue a refund simply in exchange for the removal of a negative review.
We are prepared to take responsibility for what we do wrong, but we will not accept responsibility for things we did not do.
Behind every service are the time, products, effort, and professional skills of technicians who work seriously and diligently every day. Their work deserves to be respected as well.
Clients have the right to be respected and to have their interests protected. Our staff and our business deserve the same.
Trang Mi will always welcome sincere feedback and will correct our mistakes when we fall short.
But we will also protect our staff, our reputation, and the truth when necessary.
Respecting our clients is one of Trang Mi’s core principles.
But respect must go both ways.

Trang Mi Lashes & Brow Studio is honestly the best beauty spot in Da Nang! I got a beautiful lash lift, my brows colored and laminated, and I am absolutely in love with the results.
The studio itself is so clean, modern, and beautiful, and all of the girls are incredibly professional. I had the gentlest cosmetician ever - I literally felt so relaxed throughout the entire appointment!
I cannot recommend this salon enough. They also have a location in Hoi An, so if you’re visiting either Da Nang or Hoi An, I definitely recommend trusting Trang Mi Lashes & Brow Studio to make you look and feel beautiful. They do such an amazing job!✨
