What a beautiful session at the Women's Entrepreneurship & Empowerment workshop at Create Danang Art Space!

Amazing things happen when introverts and extroverts unite! ✨
Together we explored the power of self-awareness through the MBTI personality types, uncovering the unique ways we think, feel, connect, and lead, including our travel styles, working styles, what inspires us, and what motivates us.

When we name it, we can own it. When we understand it, we can embrace it.

We delved deeper into each of the 4 different dimensions:
1️⃣ Energy: Identifies how you gain energy and interact with others
Extraversion (E) vs. Introversion (I)
2️⃣ Information: Reflects how you gather information and perceive the world
Sensing (S) vs. Intuition (𝖭)
3️⃣ Decisions: Reveals your decision-making process and how you evaluate information
Thinking (T) vs. Feeling (F)
4️⃣ Structure: Illustrates your orientation towards structure and planning
Judging (J) vs. Perceiving (P)

Your unique combination of these preferences creates one of 16 personality types, each of these has their unique strengths, blind spots, and tendencies.
