Update~ We do yoga soundbath in the studio ( on Ngoc Han Str. ) instead of on the beach.

Meet Dario.
He's discovered yoga through meditation before deepening his practice in India. He spent over 6 months there, completed 500-hour training and studied Ayurveda. He's travelled widely, he brings a calm, open perspective to Vinyasa, breathing, and meditation classes. Yoga helped him reconnect with himself — now he shares it to inspire balance, awareness, and positive change.

Vinyasa Flow~ on the 15th, Wed 8:45 - 9:30AM
Meditation~ on the 18th, Sat 9:30 - 10:15AM
