⚠️ DISHONEST CUSTOMER’s REVIEWS ALERT ‼️

Hi everyone,

We have found 2 dishonest reviews coming from One person (with 2 accounts) on our Google Reviews Page.

In mid June 2026, our client Gary ordered a NeoMesh Mask Package from us and the delivery was completed without any issues. By the end of July 2026, Gary messaged us asking for a Free Exchange or a Full Refund (400K VND) as he was not happy with the mask.

We explained to them we could have done the exchange within the day of purchasing but it has been SIX WEEKS since his order. It is against our customer service policy and a Mask is a personal product. We cannot accept exchanged after that long period of time.

Gary, however, did not accept our explanation and apologies. He showed up at our home shop unannounced and left the mask inside our garage declaring in a video that he would leave as many reviews possible on Google and Facebook to bring us down. We still apologized calmly to him and felt sorry for this inconvenience that we might have caused.

These two reviews are utterly dishonest as he never mentioned the mask was used/opened and ordered SIX WEEKS before he sent us a complaint. Asking for a full refund or a free exchange is unacceptable.

We thank you our customers who truly support us for the past 10 years. We wouldn’t make it without you.
