Step Up for Isabel
Hello there 👋
I am joining in solidarity with the nurses at Isabel Hospice by walking 8,000 steps a day as part of the Step Up for Isabel challenge this February.

Not only am I taking part to raise funds for the amazing charity, I know that walking 8,000 steps a day will help me to improve both my physical fitness and mental health. I hope you will support the hospice by giving a little gift of money to help them continue to care for patients and their families.
