You are not always seeing yourself clearly.

Sometimes the problem is not your worth.
It is the angle.

A mirror can only reflect what is facing it.
And people do the same.
They judge from the surface, from a moment, from one mistake, one season, one visible trait.

We often do it to ourselves too.

We reduce our identity to what is easiest to measure:
how we look,
how we perform,
how others respond,
how useful we seem.

But a human life has depth.

A quiet person may carry rare wisdom.
A wounded person may carry unusual strength.
A delayed season may still be preparing something beautiful.

Not everything valuable announces itself.

The ocean is full of life that cannot be understood from the shore.
And you are more than the first impression, more than the visible struggle, more than the part of you the world happens to notice first.

What is seen is only the surface.
Your depth is where your true value lives.
