More specifically:

The Package is priced at £295 (£250 for FHC PLAN MEMBERS)

Modified Prefab Foot Orthoses/ Insoles (£100)

Not All Heel Pain is Plantar Fasciitis
I would estimate that 20-30% of my entire clinical load is for diagnosis and treatment of heel pain. If you read anything on the internet, you would be convinced that there is no other diagnosis for this than plantar fasciitis(if you want to know the right way to say it, here is the phoenetic version : plan-taar fa-shee-ai-tuhs)
✓ Painful first thing in the morning?
✓ Feels like someone is sticking a knife in your heel?
✓ Eases off after a few minutes?
✓ Painful if you have sat down for a while and stand back up again?
It all sounds like plantar fasciopathy. BUT, more than 50% of the time it is not.
Here are just 3 conditions that present like plantar fasciits but are not and require different management
1. Heel fat pad irritation
2. Calcaneal bone marrow oedema
3. Spring ligament overload
For these 3 conditions, all of the usual plantar fascia advice will have little effect.

Heel pain is the most common complaint that I see in clinic. However, this week I have been doing clinics in the UK and I have seen 3 people in the last 2 days who have been referred with "plantar fasciitis" who have all been misdiagnosed.
They all had a condition called posterior tibial tendon deficiency, a condition much more sinister than plantar fasciopathy.
Fortunately, the referring clinicians( 2 GPs and one physio) all made the effort to refer them to me and they will likely make a full recovery.
However, many are just told to do some calf stretches and roll a bottle under their foot and that nothing can be done.
