Trident Performance Therapy

🏁 Smashed Your Triathlon or Ultra Marathon Today? Prioritise Your Recovery. 🏁

Huge respect to everyone who raced in this weekend’s heat – whether it was a triathlon, an ultra, or your own personal challenge. Your body’s just gone through hours of relentless effort. Recovery isn’t a luxury – it’s essential.

💆‍♂️ A sports massage within 24–48 hours post-event can:
✅ Reduce DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness)
✅ Boost circulation and flush out toxins
✅ Decrease inflammation and tightness
✅ Promote faster muscle repair
✅ Restore mobility and movement
✅ Support your return to training, pain-free

At Trident Performance Therapy, we specialise in helping endurance athletes recover smarter and perform better. If you raced today – well done. Now let’s help you bounce back strong.

📍 Based near Dereham (mobile available)
📅 Appointments available this week – message to book

Will they give you cake? Will you have to queue to get home? Will you have someone waiting to give you a massage when you finish?!

See you tomorrrow at Zig Zag Running Suffolk Running Centreg

Thanks for having me Zig Zag Running!

A glorious day massaging outside at Brandon Country Park

Pushing yourself outside your comfort zone doesn’t have to be uncomfortable, it can be enjoyable and life changing!

I spent the weekend helping people of all abilities complete the XNRG Multi-day endurance events Druids Challenge across the Ridgeway.

Congratulations! Such a massive achievement, so you deserve some recovery time. I am offering a vastly reduced price for anyone who has ran the marathon (Virtually as well).
