The recent actions of the American administration under President Donald Trump have bypassed international legality and the U.S. Constitution by launching attacks on Yemen without the approval of Congress or the United Nations Security Council.

In March 2015, Saudi Arabia and its allies began a military operation in Yemen under the pretext of supporting the internationally recognized legitimate government. Over time, the United States became involved in this war by providing military, logistical, and intelligence support to Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates, the two main forces in the coalition waging war on Yemen.

Since the beginning of the war, Yemen has been subjected to thousands of air and ground strikes that have resulted in the deaths and injuries of thousands of civilians and the destruction of vital infrastructure and facilities such as schools and hospitals. Despite warnings from international and civil organizations about the catastrophic humanitarian impact of this war, the American administration continued to support the coalition waging the war and ignored the demands and decisions of the international community to end the aggression.

The American administration's bypassing of international legality and the U.S. Constitution by attacking Yemen constitutes a serious violation of international law and human rights. The U.S. Constitution states that the president does not have the authority to declare war, and explicit approval from Congress is required. However, Trump and his administration disregarded this and continued to support the war on Yemen without congressional approval.

The American administration's bypassing of international legality and the U.S. Constitution and declaring war on Yemen should raise international concern and condemnation. The continuation of these aggressive policies will lead to further destruction and misery for the Yemeni people, exacerbating the humanitarian crisis in the country.

The Yemeni people witnessed a new attack and bombardment last night by the American-British coalition and the countries supporting it, resulting in the killing and injuring of many innocent people and the destruction of infrastructure and public and private properties.

These attacks are part of the ongoing war in Yemen for years, where the country is subjected to continuous shelling and horrific attacks targeting innocent civilians, infrastructure, and public facilities, exacerbating the humanitarian crisis in the country.

These attacks come at a time when the humanitarian situation in Yemen is deteriorating, as the Yemeni people suffer from severe shortages of food, medicine, and clean water, in addition to the lack of basic services and the spread of diseases and epidemics amid the difficult conditions they face.

It is evident that these new attacks come within the framework of the attempts by the American-British coalition and the countries supporting it to achieve political and economic gains at the expense of the Yemeni people, without caring about their suffering and basic human rights.

In this context, the international community and international humanitarian organizations must intervene immediately to stop the war in Yemen and find a political solution that supports the Yemeni people, rebuilds the country, and provides protection and care for innocent civilians.

Furthermore, the international community should impose sanctions on the countries and entities responsible for the new attacks in Yemen and ensure their accountability for their violations of human rights and international law.

Ultimately, the world must unite and stand in solidarity with the Yemeni people, supporting them in their plight, working to end the war, and finding a fair political solution that meets the aspirations of the Yemeni people and puts an end to their ongoing suffering.

In light of the difficult circumstances in Yemen, particularly in the field of education, parents face significant challenges in paying for their children's education due to the country's harsh economic conditions.

The costs of education are among the most important factors that affect a family's ability to afford them, and with the economic crisis gripping Yemen, many families struggle to provide the necessary expenses for their children's education. This has led to many students dropping out of school, significantly impacting their future prospects and aspirations.

In addition, the war and the blockade imposed on Yemen by external forces have had a major impact on the education sector in the country. The continuous nine-year-long delay in paying teachers' salaries has led to a deterioration in the educational situation and a decline in the quality of education in the country.

Teachers are a fundamental pillar in the education process, and the prolonged delay in their salaries significantly affects their performance and dedication to their educational duties, ultimately impacting the students and their educational quality. Teachers who are struggling economically will not be able to give their best in teaching.

Furthermore, the suspension of salaries has led to a deterioration in the living conditions of teachers and their families, prompting some of them to seek alternative sources of income, leading to them leaving their teaching profession to pursue other work.

Therefore, it is evident that the harsh economic conditions and the prolonged delay in teachers' salaries have had a negative impact on the educational process in Yemen, resulting in a decline in the quality of education and students dropping out of the system. Consequently, there needs to be joint efforts by the government and the international community to support education in Yemen, ensuring its continuity and improving its quality.

The Deterioration of Education at All Stages due to War and Siege in Yemen

The war and siege have had a significant negative impact on education in Yemen. Since the beginning of the conflict, schools and educational institutions have been subjected to serious damage and comprehensive destruction, leading to the deterioration of education at all stages.

Initially, schools and universities were destroyed and closed due to shelling and siege, causing students to lose the opportunity for education and development. The economic and social deterioration resulting from the cessation of studies led to an increase in poverty and unemployment, making many families unable to afford the costs of education for their children.

Additionally, many schools and universities suffered from a shortage of educational and administrative staff, as many teachers and professors migrated outside Yemen in search of safety and stability. This shortage of educational staff led to a decline in the quality of education provided to students.

Of course, the impact of the war and siege was not limited to academic education alone. Cultural and sports educational programs were also significantly affected, leading to an increase in the dropout rate and a decline in student activities.

Ultimately, the deterioration of education in Yemen is a direct result of the war and siege, which should be a matter of great concern for the international community. It is crucial for everyone to cooperate to rebuild and develop educational institutions in Yemen and provide necessary support for students and teachers to overcome this crisis and build a better future for the next generation in the country.

The forgotten war in Yemen is one of the most devastating and chaotic conflicts in the world. It began in 2015 and continues to this day, leaving destructive effects on the Yemeni people in all aspects.

In fact, the war in Yemen is one of the worst humanitarian crises in the world, with millions of people living in deplorable conditions. The country's infrastructure has been heavily damaged, leading to a tragic collapse of basic services such as clean water, electricity, and healthcare. Schools, hospitals, and both public and private facilities have been destroyed, causing a significant decline in the quality of life.

Furthermore, the war in Yemen has exacerbated the country's economic crisis, with major damage to economic sectors leading to increased unemployment and a decline in the local currency's purchasing power. With the economic downturn, poverty and hunger have spread, and diseases have become rampant among the population.

From a humanitarian perspective, the war in Yemen has led to the displacement of millions of people from their homes, forcing them to live in extremely difficult conditions. Many families suffer from shortages of food, medicine, and shelter, making them vulnerable to diseases and negative psychological effects.

It is clear that the war in Yemen has caused widespread destruction and rampant chaos in the country, leaving devastating effects on the Yemeni people in all aspects. The need for international assistance to rebuild the country and provide essential humanitarian support to the affected population cannot be ignored. It is a bitter and painful reality, and we hope that this war will end soon and that peace and stability will return to Yemen.
