Placing the eye pads correctly is an important part of every lash appointment.

The pad should sit slightly below the lashes — never on the waterline.

✔️ Cover the lower lashes
This keeps the natural lower lashes safely out of the way during the treatment.

✔️ Smooth & secure
The pad should lie flat, without wrinkles or bubbles, and be comfortable for the client.

Correct placement = safer application + better results. ✨

LASH INFILLS , here is what you need to know ✨

To ensure your lashes always look their best, please note the following:

* Lash infills are only available if at least 40-50% of your lash extensions remain.
* Infills must be booked within 2-3 weeks after the new set .

* If less than 40–50% of the extensions remain, or your appointment is more than 3 weeks after your last set, your appointment will be charged as a full set.

* Lash extensions applied by another salon may require a removal and a new full set if the work does not meet our application standards.

* Please arrive with clean lashes, free from mascara, eyeliner, oils, or makeup.

* Excessively dirty lashes may incur a cleaning fee or require your appointment to be rescheduled.

* To maintain healthy natural lashes and the best retention, we recommend booking infills every 2–3 weeks.
