Gugu is a dedicated nail care specialist with over 26 years of experience in the beauty industry. She began her career right after school, but it was nail care that truly captured her heart. Specializing in services such as acrylic tips, acrylic overlays, gel tips, gel overlays, and both standard and spa manicures and pedicures, Gugu is focused on providing high-quality nail care that leaves clients feeling confident and pampered.

Beyond her work, she is a devoted mother to five children—two of her own and three of her late sister’s children, whom she took in after her sister passed away during COVID. Gugu cherishes time with her family and close friends and is known for her quiet yet sensitive nature and her big heart for genuine people. She is deeply grateful to God and her loyal clients for their support over the years.

Over the past two years, Dee has developed a passion for aesthetics, working alongside her skilled partner, Dr. Renè Colborne, forming a dynamic “dream team”—with Dr. Colborne as the doctor and Dee as the business mind.

Her drive and tenacity have taken her far, even to the finish line of the Comrades Marathon twice, teaching her resilience and a deep appreciation for life’s journey. Known for her honest, straightforward approach, Dee is immensely grateful for her clients’ loyalty and the joy of building strong relationships with them. Outside of her work, she enjoys good food, inspiring podcasts, and spending time with her boys, her mom, and close friends.
