I have decided to change direction slightly and start doing what is called a single dry render. The result is this buttery yellow, silky smooth tallow which has the highest vitamin and fatty acid levels possible. I have chosen to do this going forward after new research came out showing that once tallow is purified it loses much of the beneficial content that it is purported to have. And of course, I am only interested in the BEST, most dense vitamin content possible.

As a result, is not completely odorless, but the scent is pleasant and almost buttery.
