It's relaxing, it opens your pores and helps to clear acne and it's also really great for sinus issues!

Fill a large pot with boiling water and add herbs or essential oils like Chamomile, Eucalyptus, Lemon, Ginger and Lavender.

Cover your head with a towel to trap the steam and breathe slowly and deeply until the water cools and is no longer steaming.
