Videographer & Photographer – Cuberoo

Cuberoo is looking for a creative, detail-driven Videographer & Photographer to join our team and help shape the visual identity of both Cuberoo and the brands we manage. This role combines storytelling, strategy, and strong technical ex*****on across digital campaigns, social media, and client projects.

You will be responsible for capturing, editing, and delivering high-quality photo and video content that performs across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and websites.

Key Responsibilities

🎬 Content Creation
• Plan, shoot, and produce professional video and photography content for digital campaigns
• Capture on-location and studio-style content across multiple industries (beauty, corporate, events, lifestyle, etc.)
• Translate creative briefs into strong visual storytelling concepts

✂️ Editing & Post-Production
• Edit video content for social media, ads, and long-form storytelling
• Retouch and enhance photography for digital and print use
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign strategy

🤝 Creative Collaboration
• Work closely with the marketing and strategy team to conceptualise content ideas
• Contribute creative input during campaign planning and brainstorming
• Adapt visual style according to client brand requirements

📊 Content Strategy Support
• Understand platform requirements (Meta, Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
• Create content optimised for engagement, retention, and conversion
• Support performance marketing teams with ad-ready creative assets

🗂️ Asset Management
• Organise and maintain digital asset libraries
• Ensure efficient file management, backups, and delivery systems

Requirements & Skills

• Proven experience in photography and videography (portfolio required)
• Strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop or equivalent
• Understanding of lighting, composition, framing, and storytelling
• Ability to shoot both photo and video in fast-paced environments
• Knowledge of social media trends and formats
• Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving
• Own camera equipment (advantage, not required depending on setup)
