To all my valued clients,

I have taken considerable time to write this message, and I feel it is important to share my thoughts. This week alone, nine clients either did not show up for their appointments or canceled on the same day.

I strive to please every client and accommodate their schedules, which is why I start work at 7:00 AM and close the salon doors at 7:30 PM, five days a week, and also work every other Saturday.

Please adhere to the following guidelines as my schedule is fully booked, and I have to turn away 4-5 clients daily who could be accommodated if these rules are respected:

- *Punctuality*: Please arrive on time for your appointment.
- *Cancellation*: If you need to cancel, please do so the day before your appointment. Otherwise a cancelation fee will apply.
- *Rescheduling*: Inform me at least 24 hours in advance if you find your nails can last another week instead of the scheduled appointment.
- *Appointment Reminders*: Ensure you save your appointments in your calendar. I send reminders as a courtesy, but it is not a paid service.
- *Timely Payments*: Please pay promptly and send proof of payment if using electronic funds transfer. This helps reduce my administrative workload.
