I wanted us to discuss this day , & teach each other about it so I can hear each if your opinions & learn from them,commemorating the June 16 uprising of 1976😩Apartheid massacre happened because black kids were protesting against the compulsory use of Afrikaans. To bring the same compulsory in a black South Africa was not only an insult, but slap in the face of all the people that died fighting Apartheid and its inherent racism.

What was 16 June 1976 all about?
