As a South African manufacturing business we are proud of the items we manufacture for your comfort and pain relief, commonly referred to as wheatbags, thermal comforters, thermal soothers, heat packs, microwave wheat bags or simply heat bags. We have been providing SnugBugs to physiotherapists, chiropractors and other professionals for more than 10 years, during which time we have developed and improved our products in line with our clients needs. We supply a range of SnugBugs, which are grain (wheat, barley or sorghum) filled bags which can be heated in a microwave oven or cooled in a freezer to provide a natural alternative for treating aches and pains. They may also serve as a safer alternative to hot-water bottles to provide warmth and comfort in winter. SnugBugs provide a very effective method of delivering heat (or cold) gradually and evenly to the area being treated as the bags mould easily to the shape required and retain temperature for an extended period of time. Most of our SnugBug designs comprise a multi-sectioned inner bag, which helps to distribute the heat evenly across the area, and a removable corduroy outer bag which allows for easy washing. There are significant benefits from using a SnugBug to supplement your other treatments – heat therapy can be done at home or work while relaxing, the bags are designed to target specific areas of the body that require heat (or cold), and treatment is very inexpensive. SnugBug thermal comforters are simple to use – just heat and treat.

The days are getting a little chilly… Order your Snug Bug before winter sets in. Not only are they great for aches and pains, they work a charm in keeping you snug and warm at night. And much safer than a hot water bottle or an electric blanket.

Snug Bugs are great for keeping furry and feathered friends warm too! Here one is being used to keep some tiny chicks warm during loadshedding when their red lamp was out of action.
Winter is here! Snug Bugs are the easiest way to stay warm and safer than a hot water bottle. They also make excellent gifts.
