How to manage diet at any function.
Generally at any Indian function , it’s primarily carbs and deep fried things. Below are the pointer to take care so that we are at minimum deviation.
Preference:
1. Fill the plate with Salads as much as u can.
2. Choose simple food like plain rice/roti over fried rice or butter roti/naan.
3. Dal
4. Sabzi with less gravy
Avoid :
1. Deep fried stuffs
2. Gravy with butter or lots of oil
3. Non zero cals cold drinks
4. If u cannot control after eating 1 sweet then avoid sweets.
